Monday, 5 SeptemberWelcome FunctionMonday 5 September The welcome function is the ideal opportunity to relax, rekindle old friendships and network in an informal setting. Light finger food and soft drinks will be served. A cash bar will be available for those wishing to purchase beer or wine. The welcome function is included in the cost of the full conference registration and Monday Day Registration. ExcursionsCoaches will depart from the DoubleTree by Hilton from 8.15am based on the following schedule to the site visit locations. Please be ready waiting outside the hotel entrance, 15 minutes before departure. Please note: coaches are on a strict timetable and will not be able to wait for late passengers. Please wait for the tour leader to escort you to the relevant coach. Conference Dinner7.00pm-11.45pm The conference dinner offers delegates the opportunity to unwind and relax. It promises to be an unforgettable social evening with good food and entertainment. You will be served a sumptuous gourmet BBQ meal. Beer wine and soft drinks are included from 7pm-10pm, cash bar after 10pm Coaches will pick up at the following locations please assemble at the front of the following hotels at 6.30pm. Coashes will collect you and take you to the dinner venue. There will also be coaches to take you bakc into Darwin city and will drop off at these hotels. H on Mitchel, 105 Mitchell Street
