Cherbourg Aboriginal Shire Council, QLD

Steven Hill is a resident of Cherbourg and commenced in the role of Environmental Health Officer at Cherbourg Aboriginal Shire Council (CASC) in January 2014. Steven has completed Certificate III in Indigenous Environmental Health at Cairns TAFE and has also obtained his Pest Management Technician License. Since starting as CASC’s EHO Steven has attended and enjoyed the annual QLD Health Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Public Health Workshops. Steven was fundamental in the success of the Cherbourg Dog Management Program and assisted all stakeholders to ensure the program happened efficiently and effectively.
