Animal Management in Rural and Remote Indigenous Communities

Jory Stariwat is AMRRIC’s Biosecurity Project Manager and is focused specifically on delivering the AMRRIC Biosecurity Pilot: Improving remote Indigenous community animal health surveillance and preparedness through collaboration (2021 – 2024). With a background in environmental management, Jory has worked with Indigenous communities in Australia, Canada, and his home, Alaska, to evaluate, monitor, and improve the environment through collaboration for over 10 years.
