I am Jeffrey Dhurrkay. I am the Environmental Health Worker in Milingimbi at the Malmaldharra clinic. I was born in Galiwinku Elcho Island at the Old Clinic that is now the Art Centre in 1968. My father is from Milingimbi and I have spent most of my life in Milingimbi. My skin name is Bangardi. My Clan is Wangurri and I am the leader for this Clan. My homeland is Dhalinybuy Cato River and it is 150km South East of Nhulunbuy. When I am not at work I am involved in initiation ceremony, mens ceremony and funerals in all East Arnhem communities.
